Social Media Trends

Social media has become a must for every company to reach out to customers, increase sales, enhance customer relationships and work on retention programs. In fact, almost every company, from SMEs to large corporations, has now a certain kind of presence online. Accordingly, the competition is fierce and companies need every possible opportunity to stand out and be noticed by customers. In this course, we will identify the different trends that are currently shaping the social media landscape. We will equally look at the benefits and disadvantages of such trends and whether companies should follow them or not. Finally, we will work on how companies should implement these trends within their business, structure and departments.
