Situation Analysis

Business organizations are facing unprecedented organizational change and dealing with change on an ongoing basis. Forces for change include globalization, technological advances, changing patterns of needs and demands, and increasing competitive pressures. This course Situational Analysis (SA) explores the fundamentals of leading and managing organizational change by covering the core activities of the change management process. This course provides an in-depth exploration of the complexities and nuances involved in implementing situational assessment to organizational change. The content is structured to guide students through various aspects of change management, starting with an introduction to the nature of strategic change and progressing through the implementation choices, the impact of context, and the transition management necessary for successful change.
