Micro economics

This course provides students with an understanding of the fundamentals of microeconomics, and how they apply to policy issues. At its core, microeconomics analyzes individual choices and decisions made by rational consumers and firms interacting in different market structures. Students will develop a range of skills enabling them to use economic concepts in solving specific questions related to the nature of supply and demand, the behavior of consumers and producers and the optimization of utility and profit under budgetary constraints.
