Financial performance management

This course provides the necessary skills for students to develop strategies relating to where you want to be headed as an organization and to provide the necessary direction to get there. More specifically, students are asked to express and defend their own viewpoints, reconcile them with others’ and existing practices in financial reporting, take personal responsibility for cases. The course covers the various approaches to financial plan modelling, the all-important cash flow planning and forecasting and performance measurement and reflect this in increased shareholder value with the primary aim of maximization of shareholder wealth.
