This aim of this course is to provide the students with the core principles of human resources and expose them to the most commonly used tools and techniques as well as trending practices and ways of working, related to human resources management. The course takes a practical view that integrates the contributions of both the behavioral competencies as well as the technical aspects for a proper implementation and running of the Human Resources functions, in line with organizational directions.
