Elie Bou Yazbeck is appointed as the
Assistant to the DG for technical affairs since 2020 and as Food Science Expert
since 2009 at The Ministry of Economy and Trade, Lebanon. He is also a University
lecturer for several B.S. and M.S. levels courses related to Nutrition, Food
quality & safety and research methodologies at several universities in
Lebanon (USJ, LAU, USEK, and NDU) since 2004. He is also an adjunct
professor at Laval University in Canada.
