Prosthetic rehabilitation of edentulous mandible patients using narrow implants

Description :

TREATMENT: -Pre-operatory: CBCT,total prosthesis -Surgery: -mouth wash using a 0, 12 % chlorhexidine solution for 1 minute. -Anestheisa then crestal incision and flap raising -Implant site preparation (single drill) -Implant placement -Measurement of the insertion torque and ISQ using osstell device -Screwing ball abutment and loading (the inner part of the prosthesis will be embedded with soft silicone) -Sutures -Post-op: Amoxicilline 1g (2 cp/day) in case of allergy Clindamycine 300mg (2 cp/day) Solpadeine Mouthwash: chlorhexidine 0.12% (3 times/day) Sutures removal: 10 days after the surgery. - -Follow up 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks (ISQ values using osstell device) -Prosthetic work flow at 3 months post-op: Impression using impregum metallic chassisVertical dimension in occlusion and RC design of the denture fitting and delivery -Follow up 2 weeks post-delivery: Checking of the hygiene, function and patient satisfaction -Follow up 1 month post-delivery : Hygiene
