Objectif :
Explain the foundational principles of adult learning
(andragogy) and demonstrate how to adapt training to meet
the diverse needs and preferences of adult learners.
BY THE END OF THE TRAINING, PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
Develop and structure training programs using the ADDIE
Model.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify and analyze
learning gaps, define target audiences, and establish specific
training objectives.
Formulate clear, SMART learning objectives that align with the
desired outcomes of the training.
