« The ISEB Direction (iseb@usj.edu.lb) shall record all information collected from this form, on a computerized file in order to create the student’s academic file on Saint Joseph University (USJ) information system. The legal basis for this data processing is the legitimate interest.
The data collected shall be communicated to the following recipients only: the heads of faculties, institutes, schools and centers attached to the University as well as the directors of the services of the central administration at the University.
This data may also be communicated to the communications department in order to send promotions.
The data necessary for issuing diplomas cannot be modified or erased. The other data is preserved at least until the diploma is issued and cannot be deleted before its issuance; it is then preserved in respect with the data retention policy of USJ, as long as you do not send a written request to erase it.
You can have access to your personal data, rectify it or request to delete it when possible, or exercise your right to limit its processing.
