Messages of Hope from Jesuit University Presidents

To mark the inauguration of the Ignatian Year in May 2021 and the centennial of the State of Greater Lebanon (1920-2020), the presidents of Jesuit universities conveyed a message of hope to our students and to the USJ Community as well.

A message of hope for our Lebanese youth in their search for a brighter future in a Lebanon in the grip of an unprecedented series of crises: economic crisis, social crisis, political crisis, healthcare crisis, all of which were compounded by the devastating explosion of August 4.

This initiative called for by the Rector of Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Prof. Salim Daccache s.j., involved the participation of:
