Dr. Gloria Haddad est Professeure Associée à la Faculté de Gestion et de Management de l'Université Saint-Joseph, où elle occupe le poste de Présidente du Département de Management et Entrepreneuriat. Elle est titulaire d’un Doctorat en Administration des Affaires de Grenoble École de Management et possède plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans l’enseignement supérieur et la recherche. Ses travaux de recherche portent sur l’entrepreneuriat, les études de genre et l’innovation technologique, avec un intérêt particulier pour l’entrepreneuriat féminin et la transformation numérique. Elle est membre active de la chaire de recherche Femme et Renouveau Économique (FERE) de Grenoble École de Management et a reçu le prix Emerald Publishing Literati Award for Excellence en 2019. Sa riche production scientifique comprend de nombreuses publications dans des revues internationales à comité de lecture ainsi que des présentations régulières lors de conférences académiques prestigieuses à travers le monde. Elle enseigne le Management Stratégique, le Marketing Stratégique, le Management et le Comportement Organisationnel tout en siégeant à l’Unité d’Assurance Qualité (AACSB) et à la Commission Jésuite d’Examen. Dr. Haddad dispose également d’une vaste expérience en formation professionnelle et en conseil, travaillant avec des cadres supérieurs de grandes entreprises par l’intermédiaire du Centre de Formation Professionnelle de l’USJ.
