Nada AKL ALLAM An expert in accounting and financial management, Nada has over 30 years of experience in general accounting, management accounting, financial reporting, internal procedures, and project management. She is currently the Director of the Accounting Department at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, playing a key role in preparing financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards, consolidating local and international subsidiaries, and collaborating with internal and external audits. Nada works closely with auditors and tax authorities, particularly in matters related to VAT, efficiently managing cost recovery and deduction processes. With over 15 years of experience in financial management of projects funded by international organizations such as the EU, UNICEF, and UNHCR, she is responsible for optimizing budget forecasts and ensuring project compliance by implementing rigorous governance and effective internal controls. In parallel, Nada has shared her expertise by teaching accounting to undergraduate students at the Faculty of Languages and Translation at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (2015-2017). Committed to the nonprofit sector, she has applied her accounting skills to several NGOs, working respectively towards sustainable reforestation in Lebanon and supporting people in need.
