Social worker graduated from USJ with 25 years of work in Social Services: 15 years as a social worker who supports students in financial or social difficulties to meet their needs with an open professional culture that allows them to consider the whole of their situation. 1 year as assistant director to ensure the application of policies and procedures while ensuring their effectiveness. 9 years as director responsible for a team of 18 colleagues to develop the Service strategy in alignment with the vision of the USJ and with the orientations of the “Social Service Council”. Proud of my contribution to the social policy of the University through active participation in several Commissions and especially in the "Student Life Council" to improve the living and study conditions of students. My experience enriches me to develop my personal skills such as discernment, maturity, personal balance, patience and optimism to face difficult situations. My moral strength and my ability to step back and put things into perspective helps me deal with and support social tragedies and distressing situations. My attention is always focused on identifying the potential and skills of my colleagues by soliciting their opinions and knowledge for each action. My continued and sustained action to have the capacity to express a nuanced judgment on increasingly complex ethical dilemmas. The administrative simplification of procedures and the modernization of the action carried out with students are my permanent focuses of attention.
