Objectif :
At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

1- Compare traditional and AI-augmented preparation processes
2- Identify where AI can streamline research, terminology, and briefing tasks
3- Explain key AI concepts (NLP, LLMs, MT)
4- Distinguish between AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepL, etc.), understanding their capabilities and limitations
5- Use AI to extract domain-specific terminology from conference materials
6- Build, validate, and format multilingual glossaries aligned with institutional standards
7- Generate speaker profiles using AI tools based on bios, speeches, and public statements
8- Summarize lengthy, technical documents quickly using AI while maintaining accuracy
9- Make informed decisions about when and how to use AI responsibly in interpreting contexts
10- Set up quick-access prompts and tools for in-booth use
