The Library of Religious Sciences was created in 2000 when two libraries, those of the ISSR AND IEIC, were merged, and with the opening of a fund for religious sciences. The library is specialized in Religious Sciences, and it is aimed primarily at the students and professors of the Faculty of Religious Sciences and related institutions (ISSR, IEIC, CIEL, UNESCO Chair in Comparative Studies of Religions, Mediation, and Dialogue)
. The FRS Library houses about 10,000 books of which 9,000 have been entered into Berytos, – the FLSH Library network -, with their sources indicated(ISSR, IEIC ou autre).
Several specialized encyclopedias, reference works, and some twenty periodicals are available at the Library.
