The Disciplinary Board is referred to by the University Board, the Rector or the dean/director of an institution depending on the nature of the case. It is also referred to in the case of an appeal by the relevant person or the authority designated by the bylaws of the institution in question, as well as an appeal against the decision of the Complaints Commission.
