H.E. Mr. Bilal Kabalan: Ambassador of Lebanon to Qatar

H.E. Mr. Bilal Kabalan (FLSH, 1993), the new Ambassador of Lebanon to Qatar, is a seasoned diplomat whose career reflects a strong dedication to Lebanon’s international presence and to promoting its global diaspora.

He earned a BA in Archaeology from the American University of Beirut in 1990, then continued his studies at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut, where he completed a Bachelor in History and Geography in 1993. He later completed an MBA from DeVry University in Maryland in 2003.
