Grace Najjar (ESIB, 1995) has earned recognition as one the 50 inspiring female leaders of 2024 by “Arabian Business” magazine, embodying a seamless balance between technical expertise and inspirational leadership. After graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the USJ School of Engineering of Beirut (ESIB) in 1995, she has built a remarkable career marked by academic achievement and professional distinction.
Her academic journey, characterized by unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, continued with a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Networks and Telecommunications from Télécom Paris in 2003, followed by a PhD in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Poitiers in 2007. In 2013, she earned a Master’s degree in Leadership from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
With 25 years of global experience, Najjar has held various roles spanning from advisory positions to senior engineering roles and program director. In 2010, she ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Align Management Solutions, a company dedicated to helping organizations realize their full potential through strategic technological solutions and innovative, sustainable models. Notably, her endeavors including championing AI-driven innovation and implementing diverse strategies. Najjar has also held key positions within PMI, playing a pivotal role in forging strong partnerships in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, thereby enhancing the project management capacities of government executives.
